Mind Body Holistics (MBH)

Mind Body Medicine (MBM) sessions are designed to connect us with our entire being - the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self. These sessions may include periods of energy healing, guided meditation, art therapy practices, journaling exercises, fascial maneuvers (more for those experiencing physical issues), and much more. MBM is also based on the philosophy that unresolved emotions are a large cause for many of our health issues. In our sessions we will always be looking at the emotional components related to what you are wanting to work on. MBM practices offer us the opportunity to know our true selves and to love free that which no longer serves us on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level.
